Jeff co-manages the team with Julie Morgan,
and is proud to serve as the business lead manager, overseeing
the leads and assisting our team members with finding the right
properties for our clients! He also specializes in investment
properties, keeping up-to-date on the newest investment deals
that hit the market! Jeff brings his experience in sales, financing,
and home mortgage to the real estate business. Jeff graduated
from Bishop Ready High School and attended Columbus State Community
College.
Jeff is married, a resident of Clintonville, and has a 7-month-old
son, Ryan Michael. He enjoys being a great husband and dad,
and spending quality time with his family. In his spare time
he enjoys playing golf, pool and poker!

Tammy is a dedicated and professional full-time
agent, and enjoys adding the personal touch and relationship
with our clients! Tammy has lived in Columbus for over 18 years,
and has a profound knowledge of Central Ohio real estate.
Tammy is married and a proud mother of two outstanding children,
Joseph & Lauren. Her education includes a degree from
Hondros College in Real Estate and Professional Licensing,
and Lorain County Joint Vocational School, majoring in Computers
and Accounting. Tammy is an active member and volunteer at
the Grove City Church of the Nazarene, and is very active
in her children’s school, volunteering much of her time
and talents. In her spare time Tammy enjoys bowling, gardening,
and collecting Lucille Ball memorabilia. Tammy has a passion
for helping others, which makes her life complete!

Robert? No, just call him "Bo"!
Bo Luft brings 17 years of experience in the real estate industry!
Bo is knowledgeable in every aspect of the real estate industry,
including sales, construction, development, property management,
and rehab/remodeling.
Bo and his wife enjoy traveling... usually to the casinos!
Bo is an avid golfer, and enjoys spending time with his children
and grandchildren!

Heather is a single mother of three amazing boys, Noah, Mason
and Maverick. A graduate of Ohio State University, in Public
Relations, she currently lives in Clintonville. She loves
Columbus and all it has to offer with respects to arts, music,
dining and summer festivals.
She enjoys the great outdoors while hiking, biking and fishing
with her boys. She has a zest for life and is passionate about
her career.

Kevin McCahill enthusiastic, professional
and full of energy! He brings six years of experience as a new
build specialist, and a vast knowledge of the new build industry.
Kevin is a full time agent for The Julie Morgan Team, and proudly
assists first time buyers, as well as those considering expanding
or downsizing from their current home! Kevin has a working knowledge
of the current financing options, and is eager to assist our
clients in every step of the home buying and selling process!
